Whether you have a new network or an existing network, be assured that
our Help Desk is here when you need us. We can provide 24 hour
service if required. We provide telephone support for the entire
client satellite network. You are assigned a customer service
representative with a response time not to exceed 30 minutes during your
coverage period.

Standard: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Eastern) Monday - Friday
Extended: 8:00am to 8:00pm (Eastern) Monday - Saturday
Full: 24 Hour
Capabilities
Remote Diagnostics
Enabling quick
and efficient analysis of problems and will usually provide a remedy
to most trouble situations immediately, provided each site is
equipped with a modem and a phone line.
Dedicated Spares
FTI will
maintain a complete set of all client uplink and downlink components
ready for shipment throughout the contract period.
If a replacement component is needed, FTI will ship the required
component priority, over-night for immediate installation. The
repaired component will be warranted and placed back in client spare
inventory, ready for any future need.
On-Site Maintenance
If your
application requires guaranteed, on-site hardware maintenance
support, FTI offers a 24-hour On-Site Guaranteed Response option or
we can provide an Annual On-Site Maintenance visit.
Time & Materials
If your
application does not require support from FTI, you can choose FTI's
standard rate for Emergency, Time & Materials Service Plan.
